There is a 24h hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your lesson within 24 hours of the lesson, you must pay for it. If you need to cancel due to your own illness, special circumstances apply, please read on.
Illness Cancellation:
If you are ill more than 24 hours before the lesson, please cancel the lesson as soon as you can. It really supports the studio to do this asap.
If you become ill less than 24 hours before the lesson, let me know, we will then mutually cancel the lesson and agree on postponing the lesson. So if you have prepaid, you will have a 'lesson credit'. If you haven’t paid yet, it won’t be billed.
